My big accomplishments are that I've saved small businesses millions
in operating costs and professional fees.
We need to talk, if you are a business owner who:
1) Thinks you have everything "under control" as creditors
circle for that ever elusive payment but you simply don't know
what to do
2) Is knee deep in legal and accounting professionals burning
up valuable cash and you have too much debt, not enough profit
and no plan for a turn around.
3) Has that eerie feeling that you are starting to wait too long.
Just about every client that I've encountered who could not be
helped waited too long with too much debt when simple solutions
could have turned things around.
4) Thinks you can wheel and deal with government agencies like
you do in the private sector. Government debt problems require
a different kind of finesse. Amazingly, too many assume common
sense "deals" can be made with a government agency.
They often can't.
5) Thinks that lawsuits and collection attorneys can be ignored
or mislead. The last thing you want to do is lie to your creditors.
This is a quick road to bankruptcy.
6) Is ignoring federal, state, local, and payroll tax liabilities
as if these things can be worked out with a sensitive understanding
tax authority. Is that ever a mistake!
7) Imagines that accounting means money in the bank without a
clue what your real profit is while you owe money all over town
8) Has no idea what your personal liability is. Business owners
who are in financial trouble very often have absolutely no idea
what they are on the hook for personally. They end up waiting
too long only to discover that the corporate veil will not protect
them.
9) Have no way of gauging whether your legal or accounting professional
is helping you or hurting you as your business sinks further in
the hole.
If any of these situations describe you, we need to talk. Call
me at 602-953-6685.
P.S. I love dogs and have five Silky Terriers, one English Pointer
and one Springer Spaniel in the family.
